Thank you so much, Lori, for the fun photo session last week. Baker and I had so much fun with you and Kate. Loved the locations! My little man is looking soooo grown up. He's had a haircut since these pictures and now I wish he still had all of that sweet hair. We'll let it grow for a while now!

Annual Sligh Game Supper

Every year in the spring, my mom and dad host a Game Supper that serves up family and friends the hunting seasons' "kill". They work hard in preparation and we all really enjoy it! For each supper Mom comes up with new ways to prepare the dishes and most of the time Dad has thrown some new kind of game her way. This year was another great meal and gathering time with loved ones. Thanks for all you do Mom and Dad!We've got some hard workin' farm boys here. Sallie and Luke enjoying a beautiful day! Sallie plays a big role in meal preparation too.Dad and Chip making great use of that Big Green Egg...I think it was goose...haha "goose egg"

Easter Sunday 2010

The Easter Bunny came to our house b/c Baker has been wearing "Big Boy" underwear for a couple of days!!! Yeah! Keeping our fingers crossed. Baker was very excited to find fun stuff from his new Easter Bunny buddy.Easter at Trinity UMC. What a great day to celebrate!Baker and his friend Abigail played on the front lawn for a bit. Those little boy Sunday shoes are super slick on the grass...there were a few falls during a game of chase. Good news...Easter attire was spared any noticeable dirt.

Thank you Grandmama for making the chocolate bunny cake and bringing to Sallie's. It tastes like more!(especially the yellow jelly beans).
